【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoverstheevaluationoftheenergyandwaterconsumptionofsingle-rack,door-typecommercialdishwashers(hereafterreferredtoasdishwashers).Dishwashersmayhavearemoteorself-containedboosterheater.Thistestmethoddoesnotaddresscleaningorsanitizingperformance.Thistestmethodisapplicabletobothhotwatersanitizingandchemicalsanitizingstationaryrackmachines,whichincludeundercountersinglerackmachines;uprightdoor-typemachines;pot,pan,andutensilmachines;freshwaterrinsemachines;andfill-and-dumpmachines.Dishwashertankheatersareevaluatedseparatelyfromtheboosterheater.Thefollowingproceduresareincludedinthistestmethod:ProcedurestoConfirmDishwasherisOperatingProperlyPriortoPerformanceTestingMaximumenergyinputrateofthetankheaters(see).Maximumenergyinputrateoftheboosterheater,ifapplicable(see).Waterconsumptioncalibration(see).Boostertemperaturecalibration,ifapplicable(see).Washtanktemperaturecalibration(see).EnergyUsageandCycleRatePerformanceTestsWashingenergytest.Tankheateridleenergyrate(door(s)openanddoor(s)closed)(see).Boosteridleenergyrate,ifprovided(see).Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
