【摘要】:1.1Thisstandardcoversatestmethodformeasurementofthermalimpedanceandcalculationofanapparentthermalconductivityforthermallyconductiveelectricalinsulationmaterialsrangingfromliquidcompoundstohardsolidmaterials.1.2Theterm"thermalconductivity"appliesonlytohomogeneousmaterials.Thermallyconductiveelectricalinsulatingmaterialsareusuallyheterogeneousandtoavoidconfusionthistestmethoduses"apparentthermalconductivity"fordeterminingthermaltransmissionpropertiesofbothhomogeneousandheterogeneousmaterials.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
