【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverscored,annular,concentric-lay-strandedconductorsmadefromroundsoftcopperwires,eitheruncoatedorcoatedwithtinforuseaselectricalconductors(ExplanatoryNote1and2).1.2Theconstructionsprescribedhereinaresuitableforbareconductors,orforconductorstobecoveredwithweather-resistant(weather-proof)material,orforconductorstobeinsulatedwithrubber,varnishedcloth,orimpregnatedpaper,excepttypessuchas"oil-filled"or"gas-filled"(ExplanatoryNote3).1.3Cored,annularconductorconstructionsnotincludedinthisspecificationshallbespecificallyagreeduponbetweenthemanufacturerandthepurchaserwhenplacingtheorder.1.4Theseconstructionsarenotrecommendedforuseaselectricfurnaceleadswheregreatflexibilityisrequiredandspecialconductordesignsareindicatedinconsiderationoftheparticularservicerequirements.1.5TheSIvaluesfordensityareregardedasthestandard.Forallotherpropertiestheinch-poundvaluesaretoberegardedasstandardandtheSIunitsmaybeapproximate.
