【摘要】:Thisstandardprovidesacalculationmethodfortheeconomicalissuesofheatingsystemsandothersystemsthatareinvolvedintheenergydemandandenergyconsumptionofthebuilding.Thisstandardappliestoalltypesofbuildings.Thefundamentalprinciplesandterminologyareexplainedinthisstandard.Themainitemsofthestandardare'--definitionsandstructureofthetypesofcosts,whichshallbetakenintoaccountforcalculationoftheeconomicalefficiencyofsavingoptionsinbuildings;--dataneededfordefinitionofcostsrelatedtosystemsunderconsideration;--calculationmethod(s);--expressionoftheresultoftheeconomiccalculation;--informativeannexesindicatingdefaultvaluesofe.g.lifetime,costsforrepair,costsformaintenance,inordertointroducedefaultvaluesforcalculations.Thisstandardisapplicabletocalculationofeconomicperformanceofenergysavingoptionsinbuildings(e.g.insulation,betterperforminggeneratorsanddistributionsystems,efficientlighting,renewablesources,combinedheatandpower).Thescopeofthisstandardistostandardise:--requiredinputs;--calculationmethods;--requiredoutputsforeconomiccalculationsofenergysystemsrelatedtotheenergyperformanceofbuildings.NOTESensitivityofresultsincreaseswiththenumberofparametersunderconsideration(e.g.lifetime,interestrates,developmentofdifferenttypesofcosts).Themoreparametersonechangeswhencomparingdifferentsolutions,themoredifficultitistodrawconclusionsfromtheeconomicresultsofthecalculations.Economicalresultsarecloselyrelatedtothespecificprojectunderconsideration,andnogeneralconclusionsshouldbedrawnfromanysuchresults.
