【摘要】:ThisPublishedDocumentprovidesguidanceonfireserviceinterventionandevaluatestherateofbuild-upoffire-fightingresourcesofthefireservice.Theseactivitiesmayincludein-houseorprivatefirebrigades,and,inparticularthetimeintervalbetweenthecalltothelocalauthorityfireserviceandthearrivalofthefireserviceatitspredeterminedlevelofattendance.Thetimeintervalbetweenthearrivalofthefireserviceandthestartoftheirattackonthefirearecovered,togetherwiththetimeintervalsrelatedtothebuild-upofanyadditionalfireserviceresourcesandtheextentoffire-fightingresourcesandextinguishingcapabilityavailableatvarioustimes.ThisPublishedDocumenttakesinformationonbuildingcharacteristicsandthedesignfirefromtheQualitativeDesignReview(QDR),togetherwiththetimeoffireservicenotificationfromSub-system4(PD7974-4)andthetimeofevacuationfromSub-system6(PD7974-6).Itprovidesinformationontheeffectoffireserviceactivitiesonthegrowthofthefire,whichisusedbySub-system1(PD7974-1).
