【摘要】:Exteriorwallsystemsrequiretimetodesign,fabricate,constructandtest.Mockupsareafullsizerepresentativeportionoftheproposedexteriorwallsystembuilttostudyproposedconstructiondetails,testforperformanceandmaybeusedtojudgeappearanceoftheexteriorwallsystem.Theprojectscheduleshallallowtimetodesign,constructandtestthepre-constructionmockupandtoimplementanydesignchanges,fabricationchanges,ormodificationsofplannedconstructionprocedures,beforeconstructionoftheexteriorwallsystemcommences.Performancetestingofpre-constructionmockupsveritiescompliancewithspecifiedstandardsanddesigncriteria.PerformancetestsinseparateASTMorotherindustrystandards,areintendedtorepresenttheeffectsofenvironmentalconditions,suchaswind,rain,andtemperatureextremes.Thetestsprovideameasureoftheperformanceoftheproposedexteriorwallsystemunderspecificandcontrolledconditions.Thespecifieddesignandspecificationofthepre-constructionmockupmustbeappropriatefortheperformancetestrequirements.Separatetestsmayberequiredforindividualmockupmaterialsorcomponents.Pre-constructionmockupspecimensrequireinputfromSpecifier,BuilderandTestAgency.Coordinationoftheireffortsfacilitatesthisprocess.Documentationshouldconveytheresultsofpreconstructionmockupsfromonepartytoothersatappropriatestagesintheprocess.Thereferencedstandardsprovidedinthispracticeidentifythehistoricalstandardstypicallyutilizedinpre-constructionperformancetesting.Thispracticeallowsforthedevelopmentanduseofotherprojectspecifictestproceduresforvariouscomponentsthatencompassexteriorwallsystems.1.1Thisstandardpracticedescribesproceduresanddocumentationtoassistinthespecificationandevaluationofpre-constructionlaboratorymockupsofexteriorwallsystems.1.2Thisstandardpracticeaddressesdesignandconstructionofthemockup;observationduringmockupconstructionandtesting;evaluationofthemockuptestresults;anddocumentationofthemockupandtestingprocess.Coordinationisrequiredbetweenthepartiesinvolvedinthedesign,constructionandtestingofthemockuptofacilitatethisprocess.Documentationshouldconveytheresultsofpre-constructionmockupsfromonepartytoothersatappropriatestagesintheprocess.1.3Thisstandardpracticerecommendstheselectionandorderofindividualtestsperformedonthemockupintheabsenceofaspecifictestorder.1.4Thisstandardpracticerecommendsaprotocolforexchangeofinformationbetweenparticipantsinthepre-constructionmockupprocess.1.5Responsibilityforspecificactivitiesisrecommendedbythisstandard.Thispracticeisintendedtoprovideadefaultstructureintheabsenceoftheassignmentofspecificresponsibilitiesbythespecifyingauthority.
