【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61496specifiesgeneralrequirementsforthedesign,constructionandtestingofnon-contactelectro-sensitiveprotectiveequipment(ESPE)designedspecificallytodetectpersonsaspartofasafetyrelatedsystem.Specialattentionisdirectedtofunctionalanddesignrequirementsthatensureanappropriatesafety-relatedperformanceisachieved.AnESPEmayincludeoptionalsafety-relatedfunctions,therequirementsforwhicharegiveninAnnexA.Theparticularrequirementsforspecifictypesofsensingfunctionaregiveninotherpartsofthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotspecifythedimensionsorconfigurationofthedetectionzoneanditsdispositioninrelationtohazardsinanyparticularapplication,norwhatconstitutesahazardousstateofanymachine.ItisrestrictedtothefunctioningoftheESPEandhowitinterfaceswiththemachine.Thisstandardmayberelevanttoapplicationsotherthanthosefortheprotectionofpersons,forexamplefortheprotectionofmachineryorproductsfrommechanicaldamage.Inthoseapplications,differentrequirementscanbenecessary,forexamplewhenthematerialsthathavetoberecognizedbythesensingfunctionhavedifferentpropertiesfromthoseofpersons.Thisstandarddoesnotdealwithelectromagneticcompatibility(EMC)emissionrequirements.

【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesthehealth,safetyandenergysavingrequirementsfor:·resilientfloorcoveringsmanufacturedfromplastics,linoleum,corkorrubber,excludingloose-laidmats;·textilefloorcoverings,excludingloose-laidmatsandrugs;·laminatefloorcoverings;·floorpanelsforloose-laying.Italsospecifiesproceduresfortestingfortheevaluationofconformityoftheproductsandtherequirementsformarkingandlabelling.Theproductsareintendedforuseasfloorcoveringswithinabuildingorexternally,accordingtothemanufacturer'sspecifications.Thisdocumentdoesnotapplytofloorcoveringscontainingasbestos.Thisdocumentdoesnotspecifyrequirementsunrelatedtohealth,safetyandenergysaving,whicharecoveredintheseparateEuropeanStandardsfortheseproducts,listedinAnnexA.Toperformcorrectly,productscoveredbythisstandardrequirecorrectinstallationandmaintenance.Thisdocumentdoesnot,however,coverinstallationormaintenance,butdoesgiveadviceonminimisingsliphazards.
